Cliff has specialized in master planning, programming and architectural design services for the higher education market since 2002. He has excelled at managing projects of varying complexities and scale across a diverse spectrum of client cultures. His experience includes successful implementation of research laboratories, libraries, academic classroom buildings, student unions, residential complexes, dining facilities, wellness buildings and athletic complexes for projects ranging $500,000 to $130+ million in construction costs. Cliff’s professional portfolio also reflects extensive first-hand experience and knowledge of sustainable and high performance design techniques, as well as commissioning to achieve varying levels of LEED certification.

As PBK’s Director of Higher Education, Cliff is responsible for senior administrative oversight of all aspects of higher education projects. This responsibility includes staffing, scheduling, integrity of design, adhering to budgets and day-to-day client relations.
